-2- <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council shall have authority to <br />exchange copies of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, 196S, with the municipalities extending like courtesy to <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The President of Council may, upon application <br />of any person, firm, corporation or organization, authorize the <br />Clerk of Council to deliver a complete code, including the Charter, <br />or any portion thereof, to such applicant, without charge, if such <br />application is determined by the President of Council to be in the <br />best interest of the City or for the public good. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Clerk of Council shall have authority to <br />sell the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, 1968, <br />and the Charter and Traffic Code separately, at the following rates: <br /> <br />a. Complete code, in ring binder <br />b. Complete code, in heavy paper cover <br />c. The Charter of the City of Lakewood <br />d. The Traffic Code <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> 15.00 <br /> 2.00 <br /> 3.00 <br /> <br /> Section 5. The Clerk of Council shall distribute periodi- <br /> cally the amendments and supplements to the Codified Ordinances. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons set forth in the pream~Dle <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect an~ be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, and <br />existing Ordinance No. 46-68,is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
