for Assistant Fire Chief and Police Captain, for <br />Fire Captain, Fire Marshall and Police Lieutenant, <br />for Firemen-Group 1 and Patrolmen and Policewomen- <br />Group 1, for Firemen-Group 2 and Patrolmen and <br />Policewomen-Group 2, for Firemen-Group 3 and <br />Patrolmen and Policewomen-Group 3. This section <br />shall not apply to employment compensation schedules <br />for special positions established by ordinance. <br /> <br />The City shall not in any way reduce, delete, or <br />diminish any other fringe benefits heretofore <br />obtained by the Fire Force and all subsequent fringe <br />benefits obtained shall be equal. <br /> <br />be adopted?" <br /> <br /> To the left of said wording, in boxes, with appropriate <br />places for marking, shall appear the words "YES," and "NO," and each <br />voter shall indicate his vote by making a cross mark with a black <br />lead pencil in the ~lace so provided. <br /> seCtion 3. That public notice of the time~and place <br />of holding such election shall be given by publication or notice <br />thereof at least ten (10) days prior to the day of such election in <br />a newspaper published and of general circulation in the City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That.the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />hereby directed to mail a c6py of the above proposed charter amend- <br />ment to each elector whose name appears on the registration books <br />of the last regular election held in ~%e City, at least thirty (30) <br />days before the date of such election, and to certify a copy of this <br />ordinance to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County° <br /> <br /> Section 5.
