<br /> AN E~']RCENCY OIUOINANCE authorizing the Director of Public Works to accept
<br />certain easements from the Clifton park Trustees and Clifton Lagoon Trustees for
<br />the construction of a'sanitary sewer, pumping station and force main together with
<br />curb connections and other necemsary appurtenances thereto.

<br /> WI~¥~EAS, t~is Ordinance constitutes an emergency in that this Council deems
<br />it necessary to proceed as quickly as possible with tile construction and that it
<br />provides for the ir~nediatd preservation of the public health, safety and property,
<br />and the usual daily operation of a nlunicipal department, now, therefore.

<br />BE IT ORDAIA~D BY TI~ COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF LA/~E~0OD, STATE OF OHIO:

<br /> Section 1. That for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar paid by
<br />the City of Lakewood, Ohio, the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby
<br />authorized and directed to accept the easements from Clifton Park Trustees and
<br />Clifton Lagoon Trustees in words and figures substantially as follows:

<br /> FOR AA~ IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SlIM OF ONE DOLLAR paid by the City of Lake-
<br />wood, Ohio, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned do hereby
<br />grant unto the City of Lakewopd, Ohio, an easement over and through the following
<br />described lands, of which said Grantor(s) warrant they are the Q~ners in fee
<br />simple, situated in the City of L~ewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio.

<br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of ~Cuyahoga and State of Ohio
<br />~and kno%~ as being part of the Clifton Park Land and Improvement
<br />Company as recorded in Volume 29, Page 11~ of Cuyahoga County Records
<br />and being also part of Clifton Park Land & I~provement Company's
<br />Allotment No. 2 as recorded in Volume 48., Page 3~and bounded and

<br />Road (private) and Lake Road (50 feet wide) in the said subdivision, thence

<br />is the principle place of beginning of the easement hereby described;
<br />thence five (5) feet on both sides of a linc'running North 66° 17' 30"
<br />West, a distance of about 196.32 feet to a point, thence North 43° 47' 30"
<br />West, a distance of about 70.28 feet to a point, thence North 21° 17' 30"
