Tho above, easement i.q granted for the purpo:~e of' conskructfng~ matntah~- <br />lng and operating a sanitary sewer, pumping station and force main together <br />with curb connections, and other necessary aPlmrkenances thereto, for thc trans- <br />portation of sewage with thc r~ght of un±mpa£rcd access to said sewer and thc <br />rights of ±ngrcss and egress~ on, over and througl~ said land for ail purposes <br />necessary and incident to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from <br />ii,ne to time, alter, .repair, or remove the same. <br /> <br /> The Grantor(s) here~n reserve the right to fully use and enjoy said <br />premises for all purposes consistent with the full use and enjosnnent by the <br />Grantr~e of the easement herein grhnted. The construction of structures as <br />defined in the Grantee's Building Code, except public utilities, is pro- <br />hibited directly over the sewer. <br /> <br /> Grantee shall have the right to change the size of its sewer, the damages, <br />if any, in making such change to be paid by the Grantee. <br /> <br /> After the sewer is constructed in the above-described premises, the Grantee <br />agrees to return the surface of the ground to its original condition. <br /> <br /> The rights herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part, and the <br />terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall extend to and be binding upon the <br />heirs, executors, administra~ors,spersonal representatives, successors and <br />assigns, of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
