303.08 IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES; REDEMPTION. <br />Police officers are authorized to provide for the <br />removal and impounding of a vehicle under the follow- <br />ing circumstances: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />When any vehicle is standing or parked in any <br />private driveway, alleyway, or areaway between <br />buildings in violation of Section 351.01 (q) <br />of this Traffic Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof, and provided it receives'the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
