-2- <br /> <br />If premises, or any part of the building in which premises are located, shall <br />be damaged by the act, default or negligence of the rentor, or its members, <br />agents, employees, patrons, guests or any person admitted to the premises by <br />rentor, the rentor will pay City, upon demand, such sum as shall be necessary <br />to restore said premises to the condition existing prior to such damage. <br /> <br />Rentor assumes full responsibility for the character, act and conduct of all <br />persons admitted by it to premises. <br /> <br />Rentor shall not assign his rental agreement, nor suffer any use of premises <br />for purposes other than those stipulated in its rental application; nor shall <br />rentor sub-lease the premises, or any part thereof, without written consent <br />of City. <br /> <br />City assumes no responsibility whatever for any property being placed in premises <br />and the City shall be expressly released and discharged from any and all respon- <br />sibility for any loss, injury or damage to person or property that may be sus- <br />-rained by reason of the occupancy of premises under the rental agreement. <br /> <br />The City reserves the sole right to conduct and control, either directly or <br />indirectly, all concessions in the Municipal Departments and Administration <br />Building, including but not being limited to concessions for checking property, <br />for sale of refreshments, for sale or rental of other articles and distribution <br />of programs and the making and taking of photographs. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for <br />the reasons stated in the preamble hereof, and' provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; and <br />Ordinance No. 62-59, adopted December 21, 1959 and all other ordinances or parts <br />of ordinances inconsistent herewith, shall be and are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adop ted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
