Section 4. Upon completion of said improvement, said City of Lakewood <br />will thereafter keep said highway open to traffic at all times and: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Maintain the improvement in accordance with the provisions of <br />the statutes relating thereto and make ample financial provisions <br />for such maintenance; and ~ <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Maintain the right-of-way and keep it free of obstructions in a <br />manner satisfactory to the County, and hold said right-of-way <br />inviolate for public highway purposes and permit no signs, <br />posters, billboards, roadside stands or other private install- <br />ations within the right-of-way limits; and <br /> <br />Prohibit parking within the limits of the roadway constructed <br />under this ordinance, within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Lakewood; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />No rule or regulation shall be enacted restricting the use of the <br />improved road and/or structure by .any class of vehicle or vehicle <br />load permitted by the Ohio Revised Code to use a public highwayo <br />Any existing rule or regulation so restricting road usage is <br />hereby rescinded° <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City of Lakewood agrees that 'traffic control signals <br />will not be installed on the project without prior approval by the County and the <br />City will place and maintain all traffic control devices conforming to the Ohio <br />Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices on the improvement in compliance with the <br />provisions of Section 4511.11 and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby ~eClared t~ b~"~n emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and apProval by the <br />Mayor. .~ <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk {7/ <br /> <br /> <br />
