<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal
<br />year ending December 31, 1972, and repealing Ordinance No. 1-72 entitled
<br />"AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current
<br />expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio,
<br />for three months January 1, 1972 to March 31, 1972 as provided tor by
<br />Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code"adopted by the Council of the City
<br />of Lakewood, January 3, 1972.

<br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation
<br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual
<br />daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
