Any notice or consent required to be given by or behal£ of either party upon the other shall be in writing and shalk be given by mailing such notice or consent by registered ¢ certified mail addressed to the other party at the address here/ before specified, or at such other address as may be specified' from time to time in writing delivered to the other party. 16. No Representations by Lessor. Lessor and its agents have m no representations or promises with respect, to the Premises exce as herein expressly set forth, and the taking of possession'of t Premises by Lessee shall be conclusive evidence as against Lesse that the Premises were in good and satisfactory condition at the t/me such possession was so taken. 17. Waiver.
