Section V (Traffl'c Control Signals and D~v~.cc~') <br /> <br /> That tr~ffic control si6nals will no% be installed on the project without <br /> prior approval by the County and the Director of Highways, State of Ohio, and the <br /> Municipality will place.and maintain all.traffic control devices conforming to the <br /> <br />"Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices"on the installation project 'in <br /> compliance with the provisions of Section 4511.~1 and related sections of the Ohio <br /> Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section VI (Utility Rearrangement) <br /> <br /> (a) That arrangements shall be made with and agreements obtained from <br /> all public utility companies whose facilities will be affected by <br /> said installation project .and said companies shall agree to make <br /> any and all necessary rearrangements of facilities in such a manner <br /> as to be clear of any construction calle~ for by the plans of said <br /> improvement and said companies shall agree to make such necessary <br /> rearrangements immediately, after notification by said Municipality <br /> or the County of Cuymhoga; <br /> <br /> (b) That it is hereby agreed that the Municipality shall at its own <br /> expense make all rearrangements of both Municipally owned and privatel. <br /> owned utilities and/or any appurtenances thereto, as may be necessary <br /> to conform to the sa~'d installation project and said rearrangements <br /> shall be done at such time as requested by the County and/or the State <br /> <br /> (c) That the construction, reconstruction and/or rearrangement of both <br /> publicly and privately owned utilities, referred to in subsections <br /> (a) and (b) above, shall be done in such a manner as not to interfere <br /> unduly with the operation of the contractor installing the project <br /> and all backfilling of trenches made necessary by such utility <br /> rearrangements shall be performed in accordance with the provisions <br /> of the'0hio Department of Highways Construction and Material" <br /> Specifications and shall be subject to approval by the County. <br /> <br /> Section VII (Emergency Clause) <br /> <br /> This Ordinance is hereby declared to ~ an emergency ordinance immediately <br /> necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, such emergency <br /> existing by reason of the present condition of said arterials and by reason of the <br /> inadequacy of such arterials to handle existing and anticipated vehicular traffic <br /> between the points hereinbefore designated; in consequence whereof great public <br /> <br /> <br />
