Section 10. That'Section 355.99 of the Traffic Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakew'ood be and the same is hereby enacted to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 355.99 PENALTY <br /> <br />(a) Whoever violates any of the' provisions of this chapter, except <br />for ilkegal parking, is guilty ~f a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br /> <br />(b) Any person who causes, allows, permits or suffers any vehicle <br />registered in his name, or any vehicle in his possession or under <br />his control, to be parked or remain parked in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. ~- <br /> <br /> Section 11.
