(c) <br /> <br />D~vision of Police. Full-time permanent empl'oyees of the"Division <br />6t Police shall be paid annually, irn the month of December, in <br />addition to such salary or compensation that may be provided by <br />any other ordinance, additional compensation based on the number <br />of con.tinuous full years of service, including interim military <br />service, as determined on the dates of June 15 and December 15 <br />of each year, computed in accordance with the following semi- <br />annual rate schedule: <br /> <br />(1) For five years through nine years of service ........... $100.00 <br />(2) For ten.years through fourteen years of service ........ $125.00 <br />(3) For fifteen years through nineteen years of service .... $150.00 <br />(4) For twenty years or more ............................... $175.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by tile <br />Mayor and existing paragraphs (b) and (c) of Section 149.07 adopted February <br />5, 1973, shall be and the same are he. reby re~d.
