<br />(1) "Portable wading pool" means a container which is designed
<br />or used for wading purposes .1nd which may be dismantled, stored
<br />or moved from one place to another.
<br />
<br />(2) "Permanent wading pool" means a container which'ts designed
<br />or used for wading purposes, which is built either upon or below
<br />the level of the ground, and which is not designed or intended
<br />to be readily dismantled, stored or moved from one place to another~
<br />

<br /> (d) "Family swimming pool" means an artificial body of water accessory
<br /> to either a s~.ngl, e-family or a two-family dwelling house with any
<br /> horizontal measurement 10 feet or more rand used or intended to be used

<br /> or by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee.

<br />resting entlrely above ground and designed to be easily dis-

<br />water supply, with any horizontalmeasurement being less than 10 feet and
<br />used or intended to he used solely by the owner or lessee of such dwell~ng
<br />house or by his family or by friends invited to use it without payment of
<br />any fee.
