Section 5. That the Sanitary Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood be supplemented by e.acting new Section 1721.32 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1721.32 ACCESS EQUIPM.~T <br /> <br />Ail access ladders and steps not permanently affixed shall be removed <br />from family swimming pools at the close of the swin~ning season. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption .and approval by the <br />Mayor, and existing Sections 1721.01, paragraphs (d) and (e) of Section 1721.02, <br />1721.13 and the first paragraph of Section 1721.23 adopted September 21, 1964, <br />June 6, 1966, July 6, 1959 and July 6, 1959 <br /> <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
