Compensation of said employees shall be paid from the Hospital Fund <br />on a bi-weekly basis as determined by the Finance Department of the City of <br />Lakewood. An hourl.y rate may be paid which, if multiplied by the number of <br />working hours in the week and b~ fifty-two (weeks), then divided by twelve <br />(months), amounts to a monthly rate which falls within the minimum and maximum <br />range of the proper job classification established in this ordinance. A daily <br />rate may be established by multiplying by eight any hourly rate determined above. <br />The normal work week shall be forty hours. <br /> <br />Section 3. That all interns and house physicians shall be furnished housing, <br />Blue Cross coverage, meals and laundry, without charge; and that the medical <br />technology students shall be furnished single semi-private Blue Cross and Blue Shield <br />coverage without charge. <br /> <br /> <br />
