Such payment by the City shall be made proportionately from the <br />following funds except that the actual cost of premiums for employees <br />of the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be paid from the Waste Water <br />Treatment Fund: <br /> <br />(1) General Fund <br />(2) Street Construction, Maintenance and Repair Fund <br />(3) Water Fund <br />(4) Parking Meter Fund <br />(5) Parking Garage Fund <br /> <br />83.5% <br />10.2% <br />4.9% <br />.7% <br />.7% <br /> <br /> Section 2.
