ORDINANCE NO, 2-75 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. McBride, Sinagra, Usher, <br /> Brockman, Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto <br /> <br />AN Eb~RGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses <br />and other expenditnres of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, <br />January 1, 1975 to March 31, 1975, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the <br />Revised Code. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, <br />health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1.
