That there be appropriated from the <br /> Federal Revenue Sharing Fund: <br /> <br />$118,000 <br /> <br />75,000 <br /> <br />- O - <br /> <br />19,500 <br /> <br />3,9'14,000 <br /> <br />300,000 <br /> <br />Section 13. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance <br />whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the department <br />for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President of Council shall <br />approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 14. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives thc affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Counci. 1, it shal! take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> <br />
