<br />Any person, orgnnizati, on or group of per~;ons sln~ll l)e entitled to
<br />receive the Agenda, Complete Docket and/or blinutes of the regular
<br />and special, meetings of Council: and thc Agenda and/or Complete
<br />Docket of the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals and the
<br />Planning Commi. ss]on. Tl~e Di.rector of Finance is hereby nuthorized
<br />and directed to charge for the aforementioned items as follows:

<br />Agenda or Minutes only ................................. $ 50 each
<br />Complete l)ocket (mailed) ............................. 3.00 each
<br />Complete Docket (picked up at City llall) ............. 2.00 each
<br />
<br />Persons otlmr than duly recognized news media requesting the
<br />mailing of tl~e aforementioned 4terns arc required to fil. 1 out a
<br />form provided by the Clerk of Council for such purposes and pay
<br />said fee in advance covering a period of not less than six (6)
<br />months. Charges for Agendas, l)ockets and blinutcs of special
<br />meetings shall be billed to the subscriber and be payable at the
<br />time of the next renewr{1 or end of six (6) month period.

<br />The Clerk of Council shall scnd free of charge one copy of the
