109.03 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 18 <br /> <br /> (c) Emergency Meeti~s. In the event of an emerge.ncy meeting the persons calling <br />such meeting, or any one or more of such, persons, or the Clerk or Secretary on their <br />behalf, shah immediately give notice of such emergency meeting to the news media <br />which have requested notification of the time, place and purpose of the emergency meeting. <br />(Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) <br /> <br /> 109.03 NOTICE OF DISCUSSION OF SPECIFIC TOPIC. <br /> (a) Any perSon may, upon written request and as provided herein, obtain reasonable <br />advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is scheduled <br />to be discussed. <br /> <br /> (b) To obtain the notice provided in subsection (a) hereof, such persons are required <br />to file a written request with the Clerk specifying: the person's name, address and telephone <br />number at or through which the person can be reached during and outside of business <br />hours, the specific type of public business the discussion of which the person is requesting <br />advance notification, the public body that is the subject of such request and the number of <br />calendar months, not to exceed twelve which the request covers, Such request may be <br />cancelled by request from such person to the Clerk. <br /> <br /> (c) Each request provided for in subsection (b) hereof must be accompanied by cash, <br />check or money order payable to the City of Lakewood in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) <br />for each month covered by the request. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) <br /> <br /> 109.04 MINUTES OPEN TO PUBLIC. <br /> Minutes of all regular and special meetings of public bodies set forth in Section 109.01 <br />shall promptly be recorded in writing and open to the public for inspection. Minutes of <br />executive sessions of public bodies need only reflect the general subject matter of <br />discussion in such executive session. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) <br /> <br /> 109.05 DISTRIBUTION OF AGENDA, DOCKETS AND MINUTES; FEES. <br /> (a) Any person, organization or group of persons shall be entitled to receive the agenda, <br />complete docket and/or minutes of the regular and special meetings of Council and the <br />agenda and/or complete docket of the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals and the <br />Planning Commission. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to <br />charge for the aforementioned items as follows: <br /> Agendas or minutes only $ . 50 each <br /> Complete docket (mailed) 3.00 each <br /> Complete docket (picked up at City Hall) 2.00 each <br /> Persons other than duly recognized news media requesting the mailing of the afore- <br />mentioned items are required to fill out a form provided by the Clerk of Council for such <br />purposes and pay the fee in advance covering a period of not less than six months. Charges <br />for agendas, dockets and minutes of special meetings shall be billed to the subscriber <br />and be payable at the time of the next renewal or end of six month period. <br /> <br /> <br />
