109.03 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 18 (c) Emergency Meeti~s. In the event of an emerge.ncy meeting the persons calling such meeting, or any one or more of such, persons, or the Clerk or Secretary on their behalf, shah immediately give notice of such emergency meeting to the news media which have requested notification of the time, place and purpose of the emergency meeting. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) 109.03 NOTICE OF DISCUSSION OF SPECIFIC TOPIC. (a) Any perSon may, upon written request and as provided herein, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is scheduled to be discussed. (b) To obtain the notice provided in subsection (a) hereof, such persons are required to file a written request with the Clerk specifying: the person's name, address and telephone number at or through which the person can be reached during and outside of business hours, the specific type of public business the discussion of which the person is requesting advance notification, the public body that is the subject of such request and the number of calendar months, not to exceed twelve which the request covers, Such request may be cancelled by request from such person to the Clerk. (c) Each request provided for in subsection (b) hereof must be accompanied by cash, check or money order payable to the City of Lakewood in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) for each month covered by the request. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) 109.04 MINUTES OPEN TO PUBLIC. Minutes of all regular and special meetings of public bodies set forth in Section 109.01 shall promptly be recorded in writing and open to the public for inspection. Minutes of executive sessions of public bodies need only reflect the general subject matter of discussion in such executive session. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 12-1-75.) 109.05 DISTRIBUTION OF AGENDA, DOCKETS AND MINUTES; FEES. (a) Any person, organization or group of persons shall be entitled to receive the agenda, complete docket and/or minutes of the regular and special meetings of Council and the agenda and/or complete docket of the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals and the Planning Commission. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to charge for the aforementioned items as follows: Agendas or minutes only $ . 50 each Complete docket (mailed) 3.00 each Complete docket (picked up at City Hall) 2.00 each Persons other than duly recognized news media requesting the mailing of the afore- mentioned items are required to fill out a form provided by the Clerk of Council for such purposes and pay the fee in advance covering a period of not less than six months. Charges for agendas, dockets and minutes of special meetings shall be billed to the subscriber and be payable at the time of the next renewal or end of six month period.
