Section 2. That subparagraph (r) of Section 351.01 of the Traffic <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br />351.01 LIMITATIONS ON PARKING <br /> <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle except when necessary to <br />avoid conflict with other traffic or with the provisions of this <br />Traffic Code, or in compliance with the directions of a police <br />officer or a traffic control device, in any of the following <br />places: <br /> <br />(r) <br /> <br />At any place in a municipal parking garage or on other <br />public property, excluding dedicated streets and ways <br />set out for public travel and herein regulated, where <br />signs prohibit stopping, standing or parking, or in any <br />areas other than entirely within the individual parking <br />spaces designated and marked off for the parking of <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />351.01 LIMITATIONS ON PARKING <br /> <br />No person shall Stand or park a v~icle except when necessary to <br />avoid conflict with other traffic or with the provisions of this <br />Traffic Code, or in compliance with the directions of a police <br />officer or a traffic control device, in any of the following <br />places: <br /> <br />(r) <br /> <br />At any place in a municipal parking garage or on other <br />public property excluding dedicated streets and ways set <br />out for public travel and herein regulated, where signs <br />prohibit stopping, standing or parking, or in excess of <br />the time limit established in d~signated areas of the <br />municipal parking garages, or in any other areas other <br />than entirely within the individual parking spaces desig- <br />nated and marked off for the parking of vehicles. <br /> <br />Approved~r ~-~, //4~'~ <br /> <br /> Section 3.
