Group 2 Firemen shall consist of firemen who have served contin- <br /> ~'uously in the Division 'of Fire for more than one (1) year but less than two (2) <br /> years. Group 3 firemen shall consist of firemen who have served in the Division <br /> of Fire for less than one (l) year.
