2~,~ecti~on' ~ ~ Salary of the Director of I.aw sim:Il cover al.I ordinnry service, <br /> including legal advice and opini, ons as requested hy Council, the Mayor, and <br /> various departments, the draft'i,U; of ordinances .and resolutions, attendance at <br /> Council meetings and tlie administration and supervision of the Law Department. <br /> The Law Directors and Prosecutors shall receive additional professional fees <br /> for the handling of any litigation involving the City of Lakewood, or other <br /> extraordinary services, such fees not to exceed the minimum fees prescribed <br /> by the minimum fee schedule of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. <br /> <br />Section 5. Whenever the term "Class A" "Class B" "Class C" "Class D" <br />"Class E", and "Class F", is used in this qrdinance, such classification shall <br />be determined and fixed by the appointing authority. <br /> <br />Section 6. Ail compensation provided for herein Shall be paid in equal instal- <br />lments every two (2) weeks. <br /> <br />Section 7. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, i.t shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; and Ordinance No. 36-76 adopted June 7, 1976, and all other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby amended. <br /> <br />Ado P t e d :~_~~~ ~j/f Z._~ <br /> <br /> <br />
