<br />Department of Liquor Control, or in any other public place. This section does not apply
<br />to intoxicat-ing liquor which has been lawfully tmrchased for consumption on the premises
<br />whe, re bought, of a holder of an A-I-A, A-2, D-2, D-3, l)-3a~ I)-4, I)-5 or D-Sa permit'.
<br />This section does not apply to liquor eo~sumed on the premises of a convention facility as
<br />provided in OhiolI.C. 4303. 201. (ORC 4301.62)

<br /> (b) Whoever violates this section is ~milty of a minor misdemeanor.

<br /> Section 20. That Section 541.07 of the General Offenses Code of the Codified
<br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood ncw reading as follows:

<br /> ? Section 21. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
<br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative
<br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in
<br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and existing Sections
<br />505.07, 509.03 (a) (2),. 513.10 (i)), 517.01, ~17.02, 517.06, 525.03, 525.05, 525.11,
<br />529.02 (a) and (b), 51¢.07, 541.07 and 529.08 adopted/~anuary 7, 1974 shall be and the
<br />same are hereby:!repealed.
