Section 17. That Section 525.15 of thc General Offenses Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood i~ hereby enacted to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 525.15 UNAUTHORIZED DISPLAY OF LAW ENFOR~CEMENT EMBLEMS ON MOTOR VEHICLES <br /> <br /> (a) No pers, m who is not entitled to do so shall knowingly display on a motor vehicle <br />the emblem of'a law enforcement agency or an organization of law enforcement officers. <br /> <br /> (b) Whoqver violates this sectior is, gt':ilty of thc unlawful~ display of the emblem of a <br />law enforcement agency or an organization of law enforcement officcrs, a minor <br />misdemeanor. (()ITC 2913. 441) <br /> <br /> Section 18. That SeCtions 529.02 (a) and (b) of the~ General Offenses Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> 529.02 SALES TO MINORS; PROHIBITIONS AND MISREPRESENTATIONS. <br /> (a) No person shall sell intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of twenty£one <br />years or sell beer to a person under the age of eighteen, or buy intoxicating liquor for, or <br />furnish it to, a minor under the age of twenty-one, or buy beer for or furnish it to a person ' <br />under the age of eighteen, unless given by a physician in the regular line o£ his practic~, or <br />by a parent or legal guardian. <br /> <br /> In proceedings befoi~e the Liquor Control Commission, no permit holder, his employee <br /> or agent charged with a violation of this section shall, for the same offense, be charged <br /> with a violation of Ohio R.C. 4301.22(A). That Section 529.07 of ~he General 0f~enses Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> 529.07 OPEN CONTAINER PROIiIBITED. <br /> (a) No person shall have in his possession an opened container of intoxicating liquor <br /> in a State liquor store, or on the premises of the holder of any I~rmit issued by the <br /> 'Department of Liquor Control, or in any other public place. This section does not apply <br /> to intoxicating liquor ;which has oeen lawfully~ purchased for consumption on thc premises <br /> where bought of a holder of an A-l-A, A-2, D-2, D-3, D-3a, D-4, D-5 or D-5a permit. <br /> (ORC 4301.6~J) <br /> <br /> (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. ..
