Section 17. That Section 525.15 of thc General Offenses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood i~ hereby enacted to read as follows: 525.15 UNAUTHORIZED DISPLAY OF LAW ENFOR~CEMENT EMBLEMS ON MOTOR VEHICLES (a) No pers, m who is not entitled to do so shall knowingly display on a motor vehicle the emblem of'a law enforcement agency or an organization of law enforcement officers. (b) Whoqver violates this sectior is, gt':ilty of thc unlawful~ display of the emblem of a law enforcement agency or an organization of law enforcement officcrs, a minor misdemeanor. (()ITC 2913. 441) Section 18. That SeCtions 529.02 (a) and (b) of the~ General Offenses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: 529.02 SALES TO MINORS; PROHIBITIONS AND MISREPRESENTATIONS. (a) No person shall sell intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of twenty£one years or sell beer to a person under the age of eighteen, or buy intoxicating liquor for, or furnish it to, a minor under the age of twenty-one, or buy beer for or furnish it to a person ' under the age of eighteen, unless given by a physician in the regular line o£ his practic~, or by a parent or legal guardian. In proceedings befoi~e the Liquor Control Commission, no permit holder, his employee or agent charged with a violation of this section shall, for the same offense, be charged with a violation of Ohio R.C. 4301.22(A). (ORC 4301.69) (b) No minor under the age of twenty-one years shall purchase intoxicating liquor, nor shall a minor undOr the age o£ eighteen years purchase beer. (ORC 43~1.69) · (b) No person under the ,age of twenty-one years sh~l purcl}ase intoxicating liquor, nor sh,'dl a person, under the age of eighteen years purchase beer. (ORC 4301 .:63) Section 19. That Section 529.07 of ~he General 0f~enses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: 529.07 OPEN CONTAINER PROIiIBITED. (a) No person shall have in his possession an opened container of intoxicating liquor in a State liquor store, or on the premises of the holder of any I~rmit issued by the 'Department of Liquor Control, or in any other public place. This section does not apply to intoxicating liquor ;which has oeen lawfully~ purchased for consumption on thc premises where bought of a holder of an A-l-A, A-2, D-2, D-3, D-3a, D-4, D-5 or D-5a permit.
