C. 2915.08 ;u~d <br />~e proceeds of which are used for a charitable pur[~se. <br />"Bingo" means: <br />(!) A game with all of the following characteristics: <br /> A. q%e pa~ieipanls use bingo cards flint are divided into twenty-five spaces <br /> nrranged in five horizontal and five vertical rows of spaces wi~ each <br /> space, except the central space, being designated by a combina~on of a <br /> lelter ~d a number ~d fl~e central space being ~esignated as a free <br /> sp~ce; <br /> <br /> B. The parlicipa, nts cover the spaces on the bingo cards that corres~nd to <br /> combinations of letters and numbers ~at are announced by a bingo game <br /> operator; <br /> C. A bingo game operator announces combinations of letters and nu~nbcrs <br /> that appear on objects flint a bingo game (q)cratbr selects by ch~ce, <br /> either m~ually or mechanically from a receptacle ~at contains seventy- <br /> five objects at the beginning of each game, each object ~narked by a <br /> different combination of a l(~tter and a number that corres~mds to one of <br /> th,, ~'eventy-.five possibh~ combinati(ms of a letter and a number ~at c~ <br /> appear on thc bingo cards; <br /> D. The winner of tim bingo game includes any particilmnt who properly <br /> mmounces during the interval between ~c ~nouncements of letters ~d <br /> numbers as described in subsection (s)(1)C. hereof, that a predetermined <br /> and preannotmced pattern of spaces has been covered on a bingo card <br /> being used by the participant.
