Ordinance No. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />inclusive of repair work that has been completed without complying with <br />competitive bidding requirements of Article V, Section 3 of the Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and <br />directed to pay Suburban Power Piping Corp. for all material, labor and <br />equipment necessary to complete repairs to said watermain in a total amount <br />not to exceed $9,000.00. Said sum to be charged to the Water C.O.D. Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
