ORDINANCE NO. 13-78 BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Usher, Brockman, Brown, Chinnock AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing the compensation of hourly employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of Lakewood effective March l, 1978. WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of hourly employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of Lakewood is hereby fixed as follows effective March 1, 1978.
