In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 1 herein, hourly employees whose regular shift is either a rotating shift or a shift wherein an employee works 4 hours or more as part of a regular shift assigned between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive an additional shift premium of ten cents (10¢) per hour for all hours worked. Section 3. The Director of Public Works may appoint such additional hourly employees in the several divisions as may be required from time to time on a temporary basis, at the rate of compensation fixed herein for said classification. ProVided, however, that such temporary employees provided for herein, shall be classed as temporary and shall not be eligible for the benefits provided in Sections ]49.01 to 149.08, both inclusive, of the Codified Ordinances, 'for full-time permanent hourly employees. Sectiou 4. Ali compens:~ti<m provided for herein shall be paid in equal installments every two weeks.
