Beginning at a stone monument at the Southwesterly corner of <br />Beach Road (private) and Lake Road, 50 feet wide; thence <br />S 21° - 47' - 30" E, a distance of 53.1D feet, more or less, <br />to a point, said point being the principal place of beginning <br />of the centerline of the easement. <br /> <br />The easement shall extend seven and one-half (7.5) feet on <br />either side of a line beginning at said principal place of <br />beginning and continuing S 78° - 12' - 30" W, a distance of <br />100.00 feet, more or less, to a point; thence S 86° - 42' - 30"W, <br />a distance of 97.50 feet, more or less, to a point; thence N <br />79© - 47' - 30" W, a distance of 60.00 feet, more or less to a <br />point; thence N 66© - 47' - 30" W, a distance of 39.00 feet, <br />more or less, to a point in the southerly line of Permanent <br />Tax Parcel No. 311-2-1 and the termination of the easement <br />of Parcel No. 3. <br /> <br /> The above easements are granted for the purpose of constructing, <br />maintaining and operating a water main, together with all necessary appurtenances <br />thereto for the supply of potable water, with the right of unimpaired access to <br />said water main and the rights of ingress and egress, in, over, through, upon, <br />under and across said land for all purposes necessary and incident to the con- <br />struction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, alter, repair, or <br />remove the same. <br /> <br /> The Grantor herein reserves the right to fully use and enjpy said premises <br />for all purposes consistent with the full use and enjoyment of the Grantee of the <br />easement herein granted. The construction of structures as defined in the Grantee's <br />Building Code, except public utilities, is prohibited directly upon above-described <br />easement. <br /> <br /> Grantee shall have the right to change the size of its water main. The <br />Grantee agrees, after completing all of the work of construction, maintenance, <br />repair, alteration and/or removal of said water main it shall, at its expense, <br />restore the surface of the ground to as near its original condition as possible. <br /> <br /> The rights herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part, and the <br />terms, conditions, and provisions thereof shall extend to and be binding upon <br />the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and <br />assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
