Beginning at a stone monument at the Southwesterly corner of Beach Road (private) and Lake Road, 50 feet wide; thence S 21° - 47' - 30" E, a distance of 53.1D feet, more or less, to a point, said point being the principal place of beginning of the centerline of the easement. The easement shall extend seven and one-half (7.5) feet on either side of a line beginning at said principal place of beginning and continuing S 78° - 12' - 30" W, a distance of 100.00 feet, more or less, to a point; thence S 86° - 42' - 30"W, a distance of 97.50 feet, more or less, to a point; thence N 79© - 47' - 30" W, a distance of 60.00 feet, more or less to a point; thence N 66© - 47' - 30" W, a distance of 39.00 feet, more or less, to a point in the southerly line of Permanent Tax Parcel No. 311-2-1 and the termination of the easement of Parcel No. 3. The above easements are granted for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a water main, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto for the supply of potable water, with the right of unimpaired access to said water main and the rights of ingress and egress, in, over, through, upon, under and across said land for all purposes necessary and incident to the con- struction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, alter, repair, or remove the same. The Grantor herein reserves the right to fully use and enjpy said premises for all purposes consistent with the full use and enjoyment of the Grantee of the easement herein granted. The construction of structures as defined in the Grantee's Building Code, except public utilities, is prohibited directly upon above-described easement. Grantee shall have the right to change the size of its water main. The Grantee agrees, after completing all of the work of construction, maintenance, repair, alteration and/or removal of said water main it shall, at its expense, restore the surface of the ground to as near its original condition as possible. The rights herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part, and the terms, conditions, and provisions thereof shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. Section 2.
