- 2 - <br /> <br />Section' 2. The compensatory time off for the members of the Division of <br />Fire, provided for in the within ordinance, shall be effective as of <br />February 1, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and ~provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor and existing Section 137.11 adopted May 5, 1975 shall be and the <br />same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />App roved <br /> <br /> <br />
