Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided ~t receives <br />the aff],rmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Co,ncil, it <br />shall take effect, and be in force, immediately upon its adoption and aDproval <br />by the Mayor, and existing Section 725.0], adopted February 17, ]930, shall <br />be and the same is hereby repealed; otherwise it shall take effect and be <br />in force at the earliest period as provided by law. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
