That Ordinance ~lo. 34-72 adopted june 19, 1972 granting <br />a non-exclusive franchise to the Cleveland Area TV, Inc. for the construction, <br />operation and ~aintenance of a Community Antenna Teleyision System is hereby <br />in all respects confirmed, approved and ratified as originally.granted and <br />amended pursuant to the within ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 10. Within thirty {30) days from the date of this <br />Ordinance taking effect, the Company will file with the Clerk of City Council <br />its written acceptance thereof; thereupon Ordinance No. 34-72 as amended by <br />this Ordinance shall be the contract as amended between the City and the <br />Company and be binding on both. <br /> <br /> Section 11. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
