That this ordinance Ks hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br />otherwise it shall take effect at the earliest period allowed by law and existing <br />Sections 301.11, 301.27, 303.08(a)(2), 331.88, 333.03 and 339.03 of the Traffic <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood shall be and the same <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
