ORDINANCE NO. 36-80 BY: Graham. McBride, Salmon, Wendling, Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to the Lakewood Municipal Swimming Pools located at Lakewood Park and Madison Park, and repealing ordinance No. 23-77 adopted May 16, 1977 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of the municipal pools has increased, and an increase in the admission charges is necessaryto maintain the programs of the pool, and WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section I. That the rates for admission to the Lakewood Municipal Swim- ming Pools situated at Lakewood Park and Madison Park be and the same are hereby established as follows: A.
