Passed 4-14-19.) <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1315.O1 Establishment, of Fire Limit Districts <br /> <br />(a) Pursuant to Section 301.2 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, <br />Zoning Districts B1, B2, BR and X or the same as shall be amended <br />from time to time are hereby declared to be fire limit dist'ricts <br />and shall comply with all provisions as set forth in the Ohio <br />Basic Building Code. <br /> <br />(b) Pursuant to Section 301.3 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, <br />all other zoned districts shall be declared outside the fire limits. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That it is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were ~n meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is. hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons statedin the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br /> <br /> <br />
