(b) Within the limits outlined in subsection (a) hereof, the erection of business structures is hereby prohibited unless the outer walls are constructed of noncombustible material. Any building or additions to any building erected contrary to the provisions of this section shall, after thirty days' notice to the owner to remove the same, be removed by the Chief of the Division of Fire, and the expense of such removal charged to the owner. Passed 4-14-19.) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1315.O1 Establishment, of Fire Limit Districts (a) Pursuant to Section 301.2 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, Zoning Districts B1, B2, BR and X or the same as shall be amended from time to time are hereby declared to be fire limit dist'ricts and shall comply with all provisions as set forth in the Ohio Basic Building Code. (b) Pursuant to Section 301.3 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, all other zoned districts shall be declared outside the fire limits. Section 2. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were ~n meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3. That this ordinance is. hereby declared to be an emer- gency measure for the reasons statedin the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council,
