~ch:vio]ator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau, in perso~ <br />~x~r?.by, mail withi~ forty-eight hours, or if not within forty- <br />~ei~ght hours~ then in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) if such <br />,.vidlator pays such amount at the Traffic Burear, in person <br />~or by mail within seventy-two hours from the time of violation. <br />~In_~{he event such violator does not pay the fine as herein- <br />~befOre provided, then a warrant shall be issued and such violator <br />~shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for the <br />violation of such provisions. <br /> <br />(d) Whoever violates Section 351.01(q) or Section 351.27 may, <br />inlieu of the other penalties provided for the violation of <br />such ~ection and upon signing a waiver, b~fined ten dollars <br />($10.00) if such violator pays such fine at, the Traffic Bureau, <br />~n person or by mail, within forty-eight hours, or if not within <br />forty-eight hours, then in the sum of fifteen ($15.00) if such <br />violator pays such amount at the Traffic Bureau, in person or <br />by mail within seventy-two hours from the time of the violation. <br />In the event such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore <br />provided, the~ a warrant shall be issued and such violator shall <br />be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for the violatio~ <br />of such provisions. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted <br />in a~ open meeting ofthis Council, ~nd that all such deliberations of this <br />Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were <br />in meetings ope~ to the public, i~ compliance with all legal requirements includ- <br />ing Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
