AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> TO <br /> <br />OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE <br /> <br /> Pursuant to agreement of the parties herein, the option to purchase <br />real estate entered into by and between John DeFrasia and Frances D. DeFrasia, <br />as owners, and the City of Lakewood, a municipal corporation, concerning the <br />property located at 11800 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and entered into on <br />or about Sept. 17, 1981 shall be and the same is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Paragraph 2 of said Option now reading as follows: <br /> <br />2. EXPIRATION DATE This option shall expire at 12:00 p.m. noon on <br /> March 15, 1981. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />2. EXPIRATION DATE This option shall expire at 12:00 p.m. noon on <br /> September 15, 1981. <br /> <br />2) That Paragraph 5, Subsection 6) now reading as follows: <br /> <br />5. COVENANT BY OWNERS <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />In the event the CITY exercises the option, OWNERS shall <br />be.entitled to retain possession of the premises until <br />September 1, 1981. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.
