<br />· <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> TO <br /> OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE <br /> Pursuant to agreement of the parties herein, the option to purchase <br />real estate entered into by and between John DeFrasia and Frances D. DeFrasia, <br />as owners, and the City of Lakewood, a municipal corporation, concerning the <br />property located at 11800 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and entered into on <br />or about Sept. 17, 1981 shall be and the same is hereby amended as follows <br />1) That Paragraph 2 of said Option now reading as follows: <br /> 2. EXPIRATION DATE This option shall expire at 12:00 p.m. noon on <br /> March 15, 1981. <br /> shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 2.
