SECTION 913.21: INTERPRETATION. <br /> <br />The provisions of this Chapter shall be interpreted <br />whenever possible as being in conformity with applicable <br />federal, state and local regulations, and with other <br />ordinances that may be adopted frGn time to time by the <br />City Council of the City of Lakewood, prescribing addition- <br />al terms and conditions for users of the treatment works. <br />If m%y section of this Chapter shall be adjudged invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect the ren~u~ing sections~ <br /> <br />SEC'rI(hN 913.99: PENALTY <br /> <br />(a) t~hoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter <br />is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(b) Each day of violation of any of the provisions of <br />this Chapter constitutes a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council .concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adop- <br />ted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this <br />Council and of any of its cGunittees that resulted in such formal action, were <br />in meetings open to the public, in ccm?pliance with all legal requirements includ- <br />ing Section 121.22 of the Gaio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
