(c) Discriminate against any person in the terms or conditions <br />of any loan of money, whether or not secured by mortgage or other- <br />wise, for the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, repair, <br />or maintenance of housing because of race, color, creed, sex, <br />religious belief, national origin, or physical handicap of any <br />present or prospective owner, occupant or user of such housing. <br />(d) Make any inquiry, elicit any information, make or keep any <br />record or use any form of application containing questions or <br />entries concerning race, color, creed, sex, religious belief, <br />national origin, or physical handicap in connection with the <br />sale or lease of any housing or the loan of any money, whether <br />or not secured by mortgage or otherwise, for the acquisition, <br />construction, rehabilitation, repair, or maintenance of housing. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That Section 516.06 of the Fair Housing Chapter of the Codi- <br />fied Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />516.06 DisCrimination in Brokerage Services <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to deny any person access to or member- <br />ship or participation in any multiple-listing service, real <br />estate brokers' organization or other service, organization, <br />or facility relating to the business of selling or. renting dwell- <br />ings, or to discriminate against a person in the terms or conditions <br />of such access, membership or participation, on account of race, <br />color, creed, sex, religious belief or national origin. <br /> <br />shall be and the smme is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />516.06 Discrimination in Brokerage Services <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to deny any person access to or membership <br />orparticipation in any multiple-listing service, real estate <br />brokers' organization or other service, organization or <br />facility relating to the business of selling or renting dwellings <br />or to discriminate against a person in the terms or conditions <br />of such access, membership or participation, on account of race, <br />color, creed, sex, religious belief, national origin or physical <br />handicap. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That Paragraph (b) of Section 516.07 of the Fair Housing <br />Chapter of ~he Codified Ordinances of the City of ~kewcod, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />516.07 Administration, Discrimination Omt01aint Service And <br /> Enforcement <br /> <br />(b) The discrimination cGnplaint service shall be available to <br />any person who alleges that his rights have been denied relative <br />to housing and/or financing for housing because of race, color, <br />creed, sex, religious belief or national origin. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />516.07 Administration, Discrimination Conplaint Service And <br /> Enforcement <br /> <br />(b) The discrimination complaint service shs] 1 be available to <br />any person who alleges that his rights have been denied relative <br />to housing and/or financing for housing because of race, color, <br />creed, sex, religious belief, national origin or physical handi- <br />cap. <br /> <br /> <br />
