of the time and place of holding such election by publica%ion of notice <br />thereof at least ten (10) d~ys prior to the day of ~uch election in a <br />newspaper published and of general circulation in the City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Director of Law is hereby authorized and <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio wording for the ballot submitting the auestion of the <br />foregoing proposed amendment upon request from the Board of Elections <br />that the City furnish additional or alternative wording to that set <br />forth in Section 2 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its commi%tees that resulted <br />in such formal actions, were in meetings open To the public, in compli- <br />ance with all legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated and defined in the preamble <br />hereof and, providing it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> f / /' -- P~esid~nt <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />18711 -D <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
