Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />0hlo and Section 731.211 of the Revised Code of Ohio; and give public <br />notice of the time and place of holding such election by publicatxon of <br />notice thereof at least ten (10) days prmor to the day of such election <br />in a newspaper published and of general czrculatlon in the City. <br /> <br /> Sectmon 4. That the Director of Law ms hereby authorized and <br />directed to prepare and submmt to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga <br />County, 0hlo, wording for the ballot submltting the questzon of the <br />foregoing proposed amendment upon request from the Board of Elections <br />that the City furnish additional or alternative wording to that set <br />forth in Sectmon 2 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Sectmon 5. It is found and determined that all formal actmons <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance <br />were adopted in an open meetmng of nhls Council, and than all such <br />deliberations of th~s Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal actions, were in meetmngs open to th~ public, in compli- <br />ance with all legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the 0hmo <br />Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
