ORDINANCE NO. 103-82 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham. McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDiINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current ex- penses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January l, 1983 to March 31, 1983, as provided for by Section 5~05.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property,, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: General Fund 3,625,000 Section 2. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: State Highway Improvement Fund 15,000 Street Const.,Maintenance & Repair Fund 500,000 Office on Aging Fund, Title III B ~35,000 Office on Aging Fund, Title III C 15,000 Police Pension Transfer 125,000 Fire Pension Transfer 175,000 Community Development Block Grant Fund 500~000 Federal Revenue Sharing llO,O00 Litter Control 5,000 Section 3. That there be appropriated from Debt Service Funds: Bond Retirement 700,000 Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Capital Projects Funds: Capital Improvement 181,500 Recreation Improvement 200,000 Police Remodeling 75,000 Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Special Assessment Funds: Local Street Improvement Breakwall Improvement (#1 & 2) (Lazard & Midnight-Freeman) Breakwall Improvement (#3) Waterford Breakwall Improvement (#4) Sessions Housing Rehabilitation 400,000 60,000 5,000 150,000 40,000 Section 6.
