Section 20i thereof, allow for the Issuer's issuance and <br />sale of Additional Bonds secured by the Indenture on a <br />parity :~,ith the Original Bonds then outstanding for the <br />purpose of making further improvements to and enlargements <br />of the Hospital Facilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council of the Issuer has determined <br />and the Bcard of Trustees of the Hospital of the Issuer <br />intends to determine ~hat it is necessary to make further <br />improvements to and enlargements of the Hospital Facilities <br />(which improvements and enlargements are described in Section <br />1 hereof and defined therein as the "1982 Project") and to <br />finance costs thereof through the issuance of such Additional <br />Bonds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council of the Issuer has determined <br /> and the Board of Trustees of the Hospital of the Issuer <br /> intends to determine that it is desirable for the Issuer to <br /> propose amendments to various provisions of the Original <br /> Bcnd Ordinance and tl'~e Origmnal Indenture other than and in <br /> addition to the a~andments thereno set forth in this <br /> <br /> Ordinance pertaining to the Ser~es 1982 Bonds, which proposed <br /> <br /> amendments are set fo~'th in Ordinance No. ;/-~ .. <br /> and <br /> in <br /> the Second Supplemental Trust Indenture authorized therein, <br /> and which proposed amendments require the consent of the <br /> Bondholders in accordance with Section 1102 of the Original <br /> Indenture; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance is legislation determined <br /> to be an emergency measure, the immediate passage of which <br /> is neces~aT.'y for the immediate preservation of the public <br /> peace, property, health, safety, and welfare, in that it is <br /> necessary that prompt provision be made for the financing of <br /> ccsts of the 1982 Project, the completion of which is neces- <br /> sary for the Issuer to continue to provide for the health, <br /> care, safety, and welfare of its residents; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
