respect to the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds, is autho- <br />rized and directed, alone or in conjunction with any of the <br />foregoing or with any other officer, employee or consultant <br />of the Issuer, to give an appropriate certificate on behalf <br />of the Issuer, for inclusion in the transcript of proceed- <br />ings for the Series 1982 Bonds, setting forth the reasonable <br />expectations of the Issuer regarding the amount and use of <br />all such proceeds and the facts and estimates on which they <br />are based, all as of the date of delivery and payment for <br />such Series 1982 Bonds. The Clerk shall furnish to the <br />Original Purchaser a true transcript, certified by the <br />Clerk, of all proceedings which took place with reference to <br />the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds along with such other <br />information for the records as is necessary to determine the <br />regularity and validity of the issuance of the Series 1982 <br />Bonds. <br /> <br /> Section 12. S~plemental Indenture, Official <br /> Statement and Other Documents. The Series 1982 Bonds shall <br /> be secured both as to principal thereof and premium, if any, <br /> and interest thereon, by the Indenture as supplemented <br /> pursuant to the authority contained in this Ordinance, and <br /> the Executive and Fiscal Officer are hereby authorized and <br /> directed in the name and on behalf of the Issuer to make, <br /> execute, acknowledge, and deliver to the Trustee under the <br /> Indenture, in trust for the Original Purchaser and subse- <br /> quent holders of the Series 1982 Bonds, a good and suffi- <br /> cient First Supplemental Trust Indenture in the form now on <br /> file with the Clerk (which First Supplemental Trust Inden- <br /> ture has been approved as to form and correctness by the <br /> Legal Officer in accordance with Article VII, Section 1 of <br /> the Issuer's Charter) so that the Ser!es 1982 Bonds may be <br /> secured by the Original Indenture and the First Supplemental <br /> <br /> <br />
