Indenture and may be declared and become due and payable in the manner and to the effect provided by the Original Inden- ture and the First Supplemental Indenture. The Executive, the Fiscal Officer, and the Legal Officer are hereby author- ized and directed to take any and all actions necessary or proper consistent with the terms of this Ordinance, the Original Bond Ordinance, the Original Indenture, and the First Supplemental Indenture to effect the execution, authen- tication, and delivery of the Series '1982 Bonds to the Original Purchaser, including without limitation the fur- nishing of the appropriate certificates, opinions, and other instruments provided for in the Bond Legislation and the Indenture. The preliminary Official Statement and the final Official Statement of the Issuer relating to the original issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds substantially in the form now on file with the Clerk are hereby approved, and the Mayor and the Hospital Administrator are each hereby author- ized and directed to complete and execute, on behalf of the City and in their official capacities, such final Official Statement, with such modifications, changes, and supplements as are necessary or desirable for the purposes thereof as such officers shall approve. Such officers are authorized to use and distribute, or authorize the use and distribution of, the Official Statement and any supplements thereto as so executed in connection with the original issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds, and are each authorized and directed to advise the Original Purchaser in writing regarding limita- tions on the use of the Official Statement and any supple- ments thereto for purposes of marketing or reofferlng the Series 1982 Bonds as the officer acting deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the Issuer.
