t9S2 Consuructtion Fund the Equity Contribution, the amou'~t of ~hich shall be determfned in accordance ~,'ith said Section 7 aud shall in no event exceed $4,055,000; and WHEREAS, Section 7 of the 1982 Bond Ordinance requires tha~ the Issuer adopn an ordinance to appropriate the amount of the Equity Contribntion for deposit in the Series 1982 Construction Fund prior to the making of such deposit; and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Issuer to enter into a con- tract for the printing of the Series 1982 Bonds; and WHEREAS, this ordinance is legislation determined to be an emergency measure, the immediate passage of which is necessary for the immediane preservation of the public peace, property, health, safezy, and ~elfare, in that it is necessary for the Issuer to satisfy all conditions precedent to the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds, the proceeds of which are required for the making of improvements and en- largemenns ~o the Issue~:'s Hospital which are nece~sary for the Issuer to continue no provide for the health, care, safety, and welfare of its residents; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1.
