in no evenn exceed S4,055,000, is hereby appropriated from the Hospital <br />Fund for d,~posit at the time of tile issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds <br />into the Equity Contribution Account of the Se~-ies 1982 Construction <br />Fund, to be disbursed from such Account and applied in accordance with <br />the Indenture. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />and directed to take al! actions necessary no effect the appropriations <br />and deposits set forth in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Director of Finance ~s hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract for the printing of the Series 1982 Bonds <br />without competitive bidding at a price not to exceed $7,000, the cost of <br />which shall be paid from the proceeds of the Series 1982 Bonds in accord- <br />ance with Section 5 of the 1982 Bond Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
