Motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Salmon, to amend Section 1107.02 to read "In an R2 District, no building or premises shall be used or established which is designed, arranged or intended for other than a single family or a two family. A single family building or structure shall not be converted to two family." Motion adopted. All members votingyea. Motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Salmon, to amend Section 1!07.04 (a) by adding the words "and one (1) roomer per dwelling in a two family" after the words "two (2) roomers in a single family building." Motion by Mr. Salmon,. seconded by Mr. McBride, to amend Section .1119.07 by adding the words "approved by the COmmission and" after the words "and, until" Motion adopted. All members votin gyea. Motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Salmon to amend the Zoning Map by making the following changes: R1 to R2 the south side of Lake Ave, two lots east of Brockley to two lots west of Hall Ave. R1 to M1 the north side of Lake 230 feet west of Cove extending north to the south side of Edgewater and west to Gold Coast Lane, north of the rear property line of the property fronting the north side of Lake Avenue M2 to BR the property on the south side of Detroit between Grindley and Grabor north of the alley that is between Gridley and Graber Motion adopted.
